Refund
If you wish to return any item(s) for a refund:
Step 1. Print a simple return form by clicking here, or use the form that's on the back of the invoice that came inside the box.
Step 2. Package up the item(s) that you're returning for a refund and be sure to include the return form inside the box.
Step 3. Ship the package back to us insured, with a tracking number to the following address:

That's it! As soon as we receive the package back, your refund will be issued within 3 business days using the method of payment that you originally used.
- All items have to be in brand new, resalable condition
- You have 365 days to return an item for a refund EXCEPT FOR SEWING MACHINES.
You have 90 days to return or exchange an item EXCEPT FOR SEWING MACHINES. IN THE CASE OF SEWING MACHINES ,YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN. YOU MUST RETURN THE ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE . TO RETURN THE SEWING MACHINE .ADDITIONALLY, FOR SEWING MACHINES , THE SEWING MACHINE MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH NO WRITING ON THE BOX. A 10% RESTOCKING FEE AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable.
Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery is not returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval .
Assuming you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus shipping cost, within 2 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 2 to 3 days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
