Exchange

If you wish to return any item(s) for an exchange:
Step 1. If you need help locating the correct item that you need, call our customer service team at 1800 680 1146 and we'll be happy to help you.
Step 2. Print a simple return form by clicking here, or use the form that's on the back of the invoice that came inside the box. To speed up the exchange process, be sure to indicate on the return form the new item(s) that you're wanting to exchange for.
Step 3. Package up the item(s) that you're returning for an exchange and be sure to include the return form inside the box.
Step 4. Ship the package back to us insured, with a tracking number to the following address:

That's it! As soon as we receive the package back, we will process your exchange within 3 business days and contact you if we need a credit card to charge the difference to. If a partial refund is required, we will issue the refund using the method of payment that you originally used.
